Recipe of the day: Bulgur wheat summer season salad

As summer season approaches, including a lightweight and scrumptious meal to your meal plan can go a good distance.

  • ¾ cup bulgur
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 can of cooked chickpeas, drained

  1. Place the bulgur in a bowl and add salt. Pour boiling water over it and wrap in plastic wrap. Let it relaxation for about 25-Half-hour.
  2. In the meantime, make the dressing by whisking all of the dressing elements collectively in a small bowl.
  3. Prick the bulgur with a fork and switch to a big bowl. Add cucumbers, pepper, onion, parsley, chives, feta and celery.
  4. Garnish with avocado and toasted seeds.


Take away the feta for a vegan possibility.
