10 days left until Christmas Eve !! I'am here thinking that this year I've been very clever and done​a lot in time. All gifts are packed and our house now have a newly refurbished hall. Thank you my dear for well done work! A lot of decorating is done and a little baking course. King Winter came late but well and did some outdoor decor so that all the trees and the beautiful lightdecorations around about came to it's right, and the Christmas mood now waves through the body and mind. The Christmas card from our kennel this year (front) was simply a photo taken recently at one of our trips;)

Hoping you all will have a nice, leisurely "final stage" to the very day,  and do not forget plenty of coziness to the small and 4-legged too!

Then the bird has landed again and we are proud grandparents for the second time. Again to a lovely boy who will be named Emilian Andreas:) But this time occurs our Grandma and Grandpa role on the mothers side. We are so happy and proud  for our daughter and her loved ones, as we congratulate the parents for the first time. Now we are looking forward just to enjoy ourselves with this new little wonder, too, which together with our already so big and talented Oliver (2 years) lights up the dark time that now occurs her up north.

We've got new pictures of Winnie and Rikki's puppy living in Stavanger, and is the litter brother to Leo and Burban.
Kultiva Silver Rado "Fant" (15 months) made his debut in the show ring at Stord this weekend, to the Danish judge Carsten Birk. Implemented as we look with great style, and we are so proud of both him and his owner / handler Sidsel ....... "you are so nice, good work and thank you, we wish you lots of luck in future show"

Excellent. No. 2 in his class.
Critic:
Very good prop. well comp. nose party. acceptable cheek ,good bite, eksellent neck + back. One ear worn something fluffy(he was so sore in the ear canal after alot of hair removal). Good lines, eksellent front. Acceptable coat. Colour ok. Free mov. good temp.

On occasion this weekend's dog show here in Tromsø we have had very enjoyable visit by the breeder of our first Miniature Schnauzer "Sheeba" and good friend, Lone Gjerdalen in Kennel Gregororius. Together with her, our good puppy buyer Evy with Cherie and in the exhibition tent to Trude & Øyvind in Kennel Riesen Polar, I have had a very nice weekend with lots of dog talk and fun and delicious dining. Good food and drink in town, we also got time for. In addition, my beloved husband Bjørn appeared as a regular driver and a cook as a surgery arm (mine) and a locked back (Lone's) should have it as convenient as possible during the hole show weekend :))

Kultiva Kiss Of Ice

During August, Kultiva Kiss Of Ice "Cherie" participated in all five shows. In three of these she has achieved the assessment exellent. The best result was in Lofoten, where she also got excellent and became second best bitch for the portugisike judge with great criticism:

Back home from our vacation in the forest full sweden, it was nice to walk in more open landscapes again :))

Some pictures from our vacation trip!
Had some good days where we camped around in Sweden for the first 14 days of August and just relaxed. Had all 4 dogs with us, and they had large areas to have fun now as it was at the end of the season. Wonderful for us with plenty of hot water and no queue for the showers. Many beautiful campsites if you just look around a bit, like this one:))

Our first miniature schnauzer, Sheeba, is now a real sophisticated adult woman can be said. But outside in the woods, she is still a rocket and then it's pep and speed that counts. She celebrated this year's 6'te birthday with us on holiday on 13/08/11. She has a litter of 5 black females, who also has a birthday this month.

In the meantime, while we have been on holiday have the black / silver boys out of Rikki and Winnies litter filled theire 1'ste year, on 08/07/11.

This weekend  "we"(read:Bjørn) used for the packing of the winter camp at Olderelv in Skibotn. I've mostly been involved with my loving companionship and gentle creature :)) and enjoyed the sun, and also did an very important job with socializeing the dogs around the place. Lots of noise and play and hustle from the kids and otherwise much to see and digest for our little 'big' Burban that this weekend, by the way, was 9 months old, and now wich is alsoe to his other two brothers as juniors count. As winter puppy he is enjoying his new world in long drag, without the tall icebergs along the roads. New human activities to get used to. Now the skees away and the bikes out there .... he liiiikes !!! And so want to run with the joggers too. And as his mother, loves everything else with speed and excitement. All the many new fragrances which reveals itself to curious snouts is of course also veldig welcome!

A little photo shoot we had to do due to the fantastic color contrasts right now. So bright and clear with the green pine trees and still rather snow-covered mountains in the background. I like that and enjoy it very much and hope you do too ... :)

Congratulations!

Our dear little Winnie is now 3 years.
We can look back on a year with two major events for her.
She took the championship at last year's autumn exhibition in Tromsø,
and she gave birth to her first litter of 3 beautiful boys who are already 8 months.
The photos were taken in last year's autumn leaves :)

Long time since updating here now. But it is  not due to resentment, but a tired shoulder injury that I sustained me in a fall. While I'm waiting for surgery I get time to go finally seeing the snow melts like dew before the sun. And today I  and dog could enjoy our first walk on bare asphalt, jippiii! It felt very stable and secure though a bit wet, but that does'n matter at all. Wonderful to feel the sun is warming and life is feeling wonderful again, after all :)

From our generous friends in Bodo, we have received great photos of 2 young charmer from our breed. This pic I really liked alot!

Sunny-day is in 10 days so now the countdown begins, and we look forward to better lighting for photo shoots again :))

Puppies after Rikki and Winnie has grown to be 5 months (Friday, happy monthday also to Leo and Fant!!!) and we used the opportunity
 to photograph our own Latino boy. He took the New Year celebration very sporty, sat put and simply admired the fireworks in this same attic window as the front image is taken. Otherwise, he is a bright and powerful type with very good bone, which now also have brand new set of whities in his mouth. The coat has been worked on continuously and pleased I am, very good at color and wiry. A really lovely puppy boy, that has so far been a great pleasure :)
